George Galloway entered the commercial real estate industry in 1984, after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In May 1999, he opened Next Realty’s Washington office, after several years with The Staubach Company and Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services. George has extensive knowledge and experience in planning and implementing store positioning, site acquisition and disposition strategies in over 40 major retail markets across the United States. His primary client base over the last 34 years has been national credit retailers, restaurant groups and owners of real estate. He has been responsible for the expansion of dozens of retail and restaurant concepts around the US.

George is married to Lien Galloway, Special Advisor to The Office of The General Counsel of The Peace Corps, and has two daughters, Lan Anh and Christine Galloway. In his spare time, he is on the golf course, touring other markets in the US, or canvasing DC looking for his next project.
